About

Terry Long Models is a scouting, placement and model management agency based in New York City. Owner/Founder Terry Long Bogle has over 30 years experience in the business and has the expertise and proven track record to guide a new model and their parents through all the stages of a modeling career. Her personal attention and advice will take you through the process of developing a look that is marketable to agents and to clients, to giving advice on what it is actually like to live and work in major international markets just as she did. She knows how tough it is to break into this industry regardless of where you are located, and once you break in, how tough it is to parlay it into a well paying career.

As a mother agent, Terry is very protective of her models. She carefully screens agents and clients, and only works with ones she knows and trusts. She is like a mother to many young models who look to her for guidance and advice on how to make it in the world of modeling.

Terry has a great reputation with all the agents worldwide and is known for having a great “eye” to spot great fashion models. She is very selective and signs a limited number of new models each year in order to give each one the personal attention that is needed to succeed.

Terry worked as a model for 16 years starting in Dallas and then moving to Paris where she lived for the next 2 years. After Paris, she moved to New York City where she was based for 12 years with Ford Models. Some of her clients included Vogue, W, L’Officiel, Elle, Amica, Linea Italiana, Bride’s, Chanel, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Valentino, Armani, Emanuel Ungaro, Calvin Klein, Geoffrey Beene, L’Oreal, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorf Goodman to name a few. She worked with photographers Arthur Elgort, Annie Leibovitz, Bill King, Hiro, Bob Krieger, Dustin Pittman, Aldo Fallai, Alberta Tiburzi among others. She traveled extensively throughout the world and worked in every fashion capital.
